In our sessions, we’ll talk about what’s important to you and work through the challenges you’re facing. You don’t have to do this alone– I’ll help you find your voice and feel more confident in yourself.

Let’s work together to create a path that feels right for you.

Does this sound like you?

You find yourself feeling overwhelmed by school and social pressure.

You feel anxious or unsure about your future.

You’re looking for a safe place to talk about what’s on your mind.

What would life look like if you didn’t feel pressure to be like everyone else?

Imagine waking up each day feeling free to be yourself, without trying to fit into someone else’s idea of who you should be.

When you let go of that pressure, you open up a world of possibilities. You’ll discover a life that feels more enjoyable, filled with real friendships and confidence. Embracing who you are, with all your unique traits, can lead to personal growth and lasting happiness.

How Teen Therapy Works:

Phase 1: Build trust.

In therapy, building trust starts with open conversations, where you feel safe sharing your thoughts and feelings without worrying about being judged.

Phase 2:  Learn New Skills

Learning new skills in therapy is important because it gives you practical tools to handle stress, communicate better, and deal with challenges in your life.

Phase 3: Live with Confidence

I’ll help you recognize your strengths and abilities, encouraging you to take charge of your own growth and healing.

What you’ll walk away with:

More Confidence

We’ll work together to boost your self-confidence by helping you see your strengths and what you’ve accomplished. I’ll share tools to help you manage negative thoughts and build a positive view of yourself so that you can face challenges with greater confidence.

Ability to handle Challenges

You’ll learn how to handle stress and bounce back from tough situations. As you discover how to navigate difficult emotions and challenges, you’ll feel more capable of adapting and thriving, even when things get tough.

Better Self Understanding

Therapy provides a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. Together, we’ll reflect on your experiences, helping you notice patterns in how you think and feel so you can understand yourself better and figure out what you truly want.

Frequently asked questions:

  • Talking gives you a chance to express your thoughts and feelings, making them feel less heavy. It also helps us explore your experiences together, spot any patterns, and find ways to handle challenges more easily.

  • What you share with me is completely private, which means I won’t tell anyone else without your permission. There are a few exceptions, like if I believe you might be in danger or if someone else is at risk, but I’ll always talk to you about it first.

  • You don't have to talk about anything you’re not comfortable with. Therapy is your space, and you can share what feels right for you at your own pace; we’ll focus on what you want to discuss.

  • You can bring a family member or friend if that makes you feel more comfortable, but it’s important to remember that therapy is a personal space for you. We can talk about how having someone there might affect our sessions and what feels best for you.

You deserve to have a space where you can feel understood.
